What is the aim?

Nordjobb is working for increasing mobility - with a special aim on the labor market for youths - between the Nordic countries but also to increase knowledge about languages and cultures in the Nordic region. The program was first initiated in 1985, and has since provided summer jobs for more than 20.000 people.

Our main financiers are the Nordic Council of Ministers, the Nordic governments and the Norden associations. Nordjobb is a nonprofit project, and is always free of charge for both contractors and participants.
